Who maintains the website?
An award-winning team of officers administers the website using OpenText content management software.

Comments or feedback regarding the website are always welcome. Please email webmaster@salford.gov.uk providing as much information as possible. We read - and action as appropriate - every message received and will reply as required.
Who updates the site?
Over 250 authorised content authors and approvers from individual service areas across the city council are responsible for the maintenance and development of discrete information collections.
All contributors to the site are expected to follow a set of published web standards.
Other officers are involved in supporting the day-to-day running of the website infrastructure and provision of online services, including officers from ICT Services, Customer Services and Legal plus the extensive network of authors and content approvers around the council as described above.
