Woden Street, Salford (Prohibition of Waiting) (Amended)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of the cty of Salford propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Salford) Order 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 894) made by the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1991.
When the Order comes into effect The Greater Manchester County (Woden Street, Salford 5) (Prohibition of Waiting) (City) Order 1976 will be amended as specified in the schedule below.
The Order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive. Details can be viewed online.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA by the 2 January 2004 (quoting reference H/HLU/C/RTO/PD/00790).

Woden Street, south westerly side from its junction with Ordsall Lane, B5461, to a point 45 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Woden Street, north easterly side from its junction with Ordsall Lane, B5461 to a point 15 metres in a south-easterly direction.
To read:
Woden Street, south west side from it junction with Ordsall Lane, B5461, in a south easterly direction for a distance of 75 metres.
Woden Street, north east side, from its junction with Ordsall Lane, B5461, in a south easterly direction for its entire length.
