Our website of the week
This page is intended to promote the existence of a website which we think visitors to our own website may find of interest.
The internet is a huge resource that is available to all, with websites covering a myriad of topics and specialities. Yet some websites are inevitably more useful than others.
By introducing the feature we intend to use it to bring websites of general interest or especial value to your attention.
Feel free to suggest a site for us to list in the future!
This week's website is the tumblr
Tumblr lets you effortlessly share anything. Post text, photos, quotes, links, music, and videos, from your browser, phone, desktop, email, or wherever you happen to be. You can customise everything, from colors, to your theme's HTML.
Tumblr has been around for over three years now and is a hugely successful site with a wide range of features.
It wasn't that long ago when it was a complicated business having your own website. But sites like tumblr have really empowered people to create their web presence, to get involved in things, to be part of a community.
