As part of our Digital First customer strategy, we need to ensure everyone has access to our online landlord portal. This is really important as with effect from 8 March 2021, we will no longer issue paper or electronic payment schedules, issue paper or electronic benefit decision notices directly to landlords or will be able to offer telephone assistance.
