Landlord portal

The new landlord portal is now available. If you have already received your new log in details by email you can start using them now.

If you have previously registered to be a user but haven’t received your log in details then complete the Access issues form.

The new landlord portal will provide you with many benefits including 24/7 access to:

  • Ask us a general enquiry
  • Check payments, giving you a breakdown of the payments you have received for each of your tenants in receipt of housing benefit
  • Review individual cases, allowing you to view details such as next payment dates and entitlement details
  • Export required data to spreadsheets
  • View all benefit decision notices online including overpayment notices
  • From now on paper schedules and decision notices will not be issued

In future, if you have a query, there will be no need to wait on hold to speak to someone during office hours as all information will be available online. Many landlords are already enjoying the benefits of our current portal but this is being improved.

Digital first

As part of our digital first customer strategy we need to ensure everyone has access to our online landlord portal. This is really important because soon we will no longer post out paper schedules, benefit entitlement notices or be able to offer telephone assistance.
