This course will give practitioners understanding of ADHD and of some strategies for dealing with the behaviours of children who have ADHD.

Outcomes:

• To know what ADHD is and who is affected
• To identify possible signs, symptoms and behaviours associated with ADHD
• To develop confidence in supporting children with ADHD
• To explore ideas for appropriate interventions
