You can now book a coffee and chat appointment in a new and different way, with the option to book a face to face appointment or a cloud coffee and chat video call.
We have also opened up our appointments to make them bookable on the same day as well as being able to book appointments in advance.
Along with booking appointment in our Gateways we have recently added two new venues to our coffee and chat booking system so you can now book in at both Little Hulton and Irlam Library.
It’s really easy to book a session on the link below. You will receive a confirmation email with details of how to join your meeting if you would like to attend online. The call will be over Microsoft Teams but you don’t need to have the app if you’re using a laptop or desktop computer - you’ll just need to click on the weblink as a guest from any device which has either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you are using a mobile device, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app in advance, then follow the same instructions to join the meeting.
As well as face to face sessions there is also a BetterOff benefits and employment portal where you can find out if you’re entitled to benefits and apply for them online. At the click of a button, you can also find jobs, childcare, and information on debt or money management. Find out more on our BetterOff in Salford page.
