Age UK have developed a booklet, 'As easy as ABC' giving the top 100 tips for activities, in age UK their homes you will see people creating programmes of activities which will help enrich people's lives, maintain independence and allow residents to make the most of their time. Age UK's cafe and IT suite at their premises on Chorley Road in Swinton. People are able to use the resource to drop in and go online in their Wi-Fi enabled hotspot. They are also some meeting spaces available to book at reasonable rates and one of the rooms seats up to ten people. The café does a great line in tea and coffee and it's good just to drop in and chat.
