16-24? Tell us how the pandemic has affected your jobs and future

Has the pandemic affected jobs and prospects for young people?

Has your job, training or home study been affected? Has anything positive come out of the pandemic for you and can we help you with future plans?

There are two identical surveys to answer those questions. One is for 16 to 18 year olds where you can request help from Connexions and the other for 18 to 24 year olds where you can request help from Salford City Council’s skills and work team. The survey takes just a few minutes.

The closing date is Friday 26 February.

There are still opportunities available including apprenticeships, Kickstart placements which provide six months of paid work experience and Salford Employ, a free job finding service.

Current opportunities include construction, office work, health and social care, early years childcare and education, hospitality and retail and IT and digital industries.
