Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Two-week rota:

  • Week one - 33 hours per week
    Week two - 44 hours per week

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Location: Prestwich

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our welcoming team. This role is based on our reception desk, where you will be first point of call for visitors. Your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting with a friendly and professional approach
  • Answering calls and handling enquiries efficiently
  • Administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills: warm, friendly, and professional
  • A welcoming and approachable manner
  • Strong multitasking abilities: handling calls, visitors, and admin efficiently
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • IT proficiency – comfortable using computer systems.
