Disability Support (IPES): The Growth Company understand that everyone is unique, which is why their employment support is bespoke and tailored to each individual.

Self-Employment Support (Enterprising-You): At the Growth Company, they can provide advice, assistance and guidance to self-employed people in the Greater Manchester area. They can supply you with your own business coach, who will help you on your self-employed journey.

Skills and Qualifications (SSE GM): Are you looking to increase your current skillset? The Growth Company can provide you with a learning mentor who will be able to support you through the process and find you the fully funded course that fits you best.

Unemployed with a health condition (Health and Wellbeing): The Growth Company have a range of support solutions designed to help unemployed people with health conditions to improve their employability and find lasting employment.

DIGITAL INC. from Digital Advantage
Digital Inc. is an acclaimed employability programme for SEND schools and provision. Students create digital portfolios, develop employability skills and the confidence and connections to get a job in the digital economy. Find out more about Digital Inc.

NSEF and the DFN Foundation
The National SEND Employment Forum is a group of volunteers who are working together to make sure every young person with SEND has an opportunity to find work. NSEF, partnered with the DFN Foundation, have ran a campaign called 'Finding Your Future'. The campaign has been created to support and motivate young people with learning disabilities and autism to maintain positivity and momentum during these uncertain times.
