Are you informing us that a tenant has moved, or is due to move into or out of a property you manage

Are you reporting changes at more than one property

If you need to tell us about a single change of tenancy, you must use our landlord change of tenancy form (opens in a new window)

Please be aware that the landlord change of tenancy form will only support retrospective tenancy start dates that are less than or equal to 344 days from the date the form is submitted

If you are advising us of multiple changes of tenancy, you must upload an xls or xlsx file on the last page of the form

Please confirm if you are a private landlord, work for a social landlord, or work for a letting agency

You must enter your postcode and search for the Greater Manchester address of the premises where you work before you can proceed.

You must provide the postal address of the property where you work, that is outside Greater Manchester
