By staying at home we are protecting ourselves, our families and our communities.

No matter who we are, we are all in this together and can help and support each other at this time.

Working with the University of Manchester, GMCA has produced a booklet to help older people in Greater Manchester keep well while at home.

The Keeping Well at Home booklet is packed full of health and dietary advice, including a programme of standing and sitting strength and balance exercises.

It also gives useful tips on keeping minds active, eating and drinking at home and safety.
