Join our Salford Shapers

We need people to become Salford Shapers, a group of volunteers to help us make our online services as simple and straightforward to use as possible.

We need two things from a Salford Shaper - your time and your thoughts. 

1. Time to test – we need you to test new online forms that we’re developing or give your views on web content to see if things make sense before they go live. Testing will take place in council buildings such as a Gateway or at our special test room at Salford Civic Centre in Swinton.
2. Honest feedback - if something isn’t clear enough or could be made simpler, we need to know. What you say really will make a difference and could help make things easier for other people in Salford. 

It doesn't matter how good you are on a computer or tablet or how often you go on the internet. We really do need people with all levels of digital skills so don’t worry if you're not an 'expert'.

Your time is important so there will be incentives to thank you for taking part. We'll also pay for your travel expenses.
