Buile Hill Mansion pre-planning public consultation

Salford City Council are holding two public consultation drop-in sessions on the detailed proposals for the restoration and refurbishment of Buile Hill Mansion ahead of planning applications being submitted in January 2023.

Proposals for the Grade II listed mansion, which was the subject of a previous consultation in December 2021, will see it brought back to life as a community and wedding venue and, subject to planning permission being secured, works are expected to start on site by late 2023.

• Claremont, Weaste and Seedley Community Committee on 13 December, 6.30pm to 8pm via Microsoft Teams. Please email CWNMTeam@salford.gov.uk to request the meeting link to attend.
• Public drop-in sessions at Buile Hill banqueting suite next to the mansion on:
  • Monday 5 December, 2pm to 7pm
  • Monday 12 December, 2pm to 7pm
