Application to remove other land wrongly registered as common land from the register of common land.
An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs will hold a hearing at The Woodland Suite, Buile Hill Park Hall, Buile Hill Park, Eccles Old Road, Salford M6 8GL on Wednesday 16 October 2019 into an application by Salford Allotment Association, under Schedule 2(7) of the Commons Act 2006, to remove land at Poors Land Allotments (CL6) from the register of common land.
The application was duly made to Salford City Council and is referred to the Planning Inspectorate for determination under regulation 26 of the Commons Registration (England) Regulations 2014.
The hearing will begin at 10am on Wednesday 16 October 2019. Anyone can attend the hearing. Anyone who wants to be heard on the subject matter of the application may, at the discretion of the Inspector, give evidence at the hearing or arrange for someone to do so on their behalf.
