SLA service to schools 

The council’s Information Governance team provide a service level agreement (SLA) service to schools which includes: 

• Provision of a data protection officer service
• Advice and support on GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations
• Training and awareness
• Provision of template policies, procedures and guidance
• Telephone advice line during office hours
