Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land having a total area of approximately 33.5 sq.m located at St Mary’s Road, Eccles. The disposal of the land to ForHousing Limited will facilitate the development of a new women’s centre in addition to providing 35 residential units.
The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AW between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
