Online council services
This page contains links to all council services which can be applied for, reported or requested via this website.
If you just want to pay a council bill online, visit our secure payment pages.
Stop online fraud
If you're making an online payment to the council, for example paying your council tax, please make sure that the website address starts with https://secure.salford.gov.uk.
You can also book and pay for leisure facilities online, this uses the following address https://leisure.scll.co.uk.
Emails from the council will come from either @salford.gov.uk or from one of our partners who deliver services on our behalf:
- Urban Vision: @urbanvision.org.uk
- Salford Community Leisure: @scll.co.uk
Fraudsters do register addresses that are similar to these to try to defraud people, please look out for slight variations of these council addresses. For more information on how to stay safe online see the Get Safe Online website.
Salford customer account
The online council tax service allows you to view your council tax account summary, payments made, planned instalments and special arrangements. You can also make a payment with your debit or credit card. You will need to sign up for an online customer account to access this service.
