Important information: Building regulation fees are changing

New building regulation fees will come into effect on 1 May 2024. The amended scheme and fees can be viewed by downloading the scheme below. Alternatively, copies of the scheme may also be requested by emailing building.control@salford.gov.uk

Fee quote

Building Regulation charges are determined in two ways:

  • Standard fees - based on typical work for domestic projects please see our guidance notes.
  • Individual fees - projects not covered by a standard fee are individually priced, please request confirmation of the fee by using the link below
