Disruption to some of our online services

Some of our online services and forms, such as reporting a missed bin collection and ordering a new bin will be unavailable from 12pm on Friday 21 November until approximately 12pm on Monday 24 November. This is due to some essential maintenance.

Reporting a missed bin collection

If your bin is not collected during this period please use our report a missed bin collection form on Monday afternoon, once our form is back.

You will still be able to report a missed bin collection from either Thursday 20 November or from Friday 21 November up until the end of Monday.

Accessing other online services

Please wait until Monday afternoon, once the work has been completed you will be able to use all our normal services again.
