Disruption to some of our online services

Some of our online services and forms, such as reporting a missed bin collection, looking up your collection day and ordering a new bin will be unavailable between 3.30pm and 6.30pm on Wednesday 21 January. This is due to some essential maintenance.

  • Look up your bin collection day, including within your customer account and within the Your Salford look up service
  • Report a missed bin
  • Request a new bin or bins
  • Request a bulky waste collection
  • Request an assisted bin collection
