The prevention of crime and disorder
  1. The licensee will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that itself or any third-party delivery service provider has in place a training programme for its drivers/couriers on relevant aspects of the Licensing Act 2003 including underage sales and delivering alcohol to someone under the age of 18.
  2. The licensee will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that procedures are in place to facilitate the delivery of alcohol in accordance with the challenge 25 proof age scheme, to be undertaken at the point of delivery to any customer.
  3. The licensee shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any refused deliveries will be logged/recorded by the delivery driver/courier.
