We have a Food Truck based in an Industrial Estate where we serve breakfast and lunches. We are looking to expand our business by serving dinner. The food is all made on site where customers can sit in or take out. We have 12 seating capacity plus sitting area outdoors which have the capacity of 10 or more people. Along side the English breakfast we also serve Portuguese food on a week days and African Food on the weekends. We serve full meals not just take away. |

| The prevention of crime and disorder |
Alcohol will be not be served to individuals who are under the influence of alcohol by showing inappropriate behaviour in public. The premises will be fitted with cameras which will record 24 hours a day and the recording will be available over a 21 day period and available to the Police if and when required, Customers will be informed that if any issues occurs the Police will be contacted. |

Public will be informed of the house rules and if any problem occurs the Police will be contacted to come on site. Cameras on a 24 hours basis where images will be recorded from outside and inside. Dangerous rubbish will be collected regularly. E.g. empty bottles and empty cups. |

After 10pm customers will be informed that we have the responsibility of care and that we do not allow noise after 10pm. |
