We have installed a new CCTV system that will be in operation across the premises with at least 30 days of recorded footage saved. We will operate a zero tolerance drugs policy. We have a thorough training system in place that is implemented across our restaurant group through CPL Learning. We are part of the Lowry shopping centre and therefore benefit from the 24 hour security in place for all tenants. |
Public safety |
Our premises benefits from a full sprinkler system and a robust fire safety management system all approved by our landlord and linked to the rest of the shopping centre. We work alongside Mercury Support to ensure food safety as well as all other aspects of public and employee health and safety. Our employees are fully trained, again using our CPL training system, to be able to manage emergency situations. This includes first aid and fire marshall training. |
The prevention of public nuisance |
All of our waste will be managed through the shopping centre's own waste contractors. Our kitchen ventilation has been equipped with more than adequate odour control in addition to silencers to reduce any noise pollution. We will stop serving alcohol at least 30 minutes prior to closing to allow the gradual and quiet departure of our customers. Doors will be kept closed after 9pm to reduce any noise leaving the premises. |
The protection of children from harm |
We will operate a robust age verification scheme. This will be in the from of the Challenge 25 policy that we operate in all of our venues. All of our team will be trained on this policy and records will be kept. We will also not allow children in our premises after 9pm and all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. |
