The premises is a hot food takeaway located on Bolton road. The unit consists of a customer service counter to the front, a food preparation and cooking area to the rear, and associated storage and staff welfare facilities.

There is seating provided for customers, and all food is supplied via collection, eat in or deliveries. Access to the premises is via the main entrance at the front, with a separate rear access used for deliveries and waste management. The premises is laid out to allow safe and efficient operation and is suitable for the provision of late-night refreshment. We also do not sell alcohol.

Late night refreshment will consist of the sale of hot food and hot drinks prepared on the premises. Food will be supplied to customers for consumption both on and off the premises. The premises includes a small, designated seating area for eat-in customers. The operation will be managed responsibly to minimise noise and disturbance to nearby residents, with staff supervision in place and no alcohol sold from the premises. Orders will be taken in person and via online delivery platforms. Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises quietly, and staff will monitor behaviour during late hours.

The prevention of crime and disorder

The premises will be operated in a responsible manner at all times. Staff will be trained to manage customers appropriately and to deal with any issues calmly and effectively. CCTV will be installed and maintained in working order to cover internal areas and the entrance to the premises, with recordings retained for an appropriate period and made available to authorised officers upon request. The premises will operate a zero-tolerance policy towards antisocial behaviour, and customers causing disturbance will be refused service.

Public safety

The premises will be maintained in a safe condition and operated in compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. Fire safety equipment will be installed and regularly checked, and clear access and exit routes will be maintained at all times.
