The prevention of crime and disorder
  1. CCTV will be installed to cover the premises and will include all areas (including outside areas) to where the public have access. It will be maintained, working and recording at all times when the premises are open. The management team must be competent in its use and recordings shall be of sufficient quality to be produced at Court or other such Hearing. Copies of the recordings will be kept available for any Responsible Authority for 28 days.
  2. A consider Risk Assessment shall be undertaken utilising if required SIA approved door supervisors, a SIA Supervisor's Register will be maintained at the licensed premises, showing the names, SIA registration number, with up-to-date contact details for the DPS and all personal licence holders.
  3. The management of the venue will comply with any written, reasonable and justified request made by Salford Police regarding the provision of Door Supervisors should the need arise at other times.
  4. Seating shall be provided for customers using the outside terrace and outside drinking area. 
  5. A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times.
  6. All instances of crime and disorder will be kept in an incident log book.
  7. The Premises Licence Holder is required to join any city centre Pubwatch scheme, where one exists.
  8. The venue shall partake in any local Nightsafe Night-time Economy radio system
  9. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure so far as possible that when an exclusion order is made, the person subject to the order is denied access to the premise.
Public safety
  1. A Health and Safety Policy is in place.
  2. This policy is fully briefed and trained to all management and staff. Continued training of staff is undertaken to the standards required by relevant legislation.
  3. Written records of all accidents and safety incidents involving members of the public will be kept. These will be made available at the request of an authorised officer.
  4. A suitably trained and competent person must ensure regular safety checks of the premises including decorative and functional fixtures, floor surfaces and equipment (including electrical appliances) to which the public may come into contact are undertaken.
  5. The premises will have a current Fire Risk Assessment and all over conditional certification in place.
The prevention of public nuisance
  1. All music in the premises shall be played via a digital noise limiter.
  2. A Noise Management plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Salford City Council within two months of the license being granted, once approved it shall be implemented. The Noise Management Plan will also include a procedure for investigating noise complaints received from the premises and a map identifying the sound check locations following any such complaint.
  3. Notices are displayed at all exits asking customers to respect neighbours when leaving the premises.
  4. No noise nuisance is to be caused by amplified noise emanating from the premises at the nearest residential property.
  5. The premises licence holder and/or designated premises supervisor will operate to a written dispersal policy which ensures the safe and orderly dispersal of customers from the premises.
  6. The premises licence holder and/or designated premises supervisor will ensure patrons use the external terrace in a manner which does not cause disturbance to nearby residents in the vicinity.
  7. There shall be no regulated entertainment on the external terrace
The protection of children from harm
  1. The premises shall operate a 'Challenge 25' policy. 
  2. Any person requesting alcohol who appears to be under shall be required to produce only Government issued photo ID, PASS Card or any other form or ID approved by the police.
