The premises will operate with the utmost regard to the prevention of crime and disorder.

All staff will receive comprehensive training on the responsible sale of alcohol, conflict management, and the prevention of underage sales. A CCTV system will be installed and maintained in good working order, covering all entry and exit points and key areas within the premises. Recordings will be retained for a minimum of 28 days and made available to the police upon request. The management will adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward drugs, violence, or antisocial behaviour. The Challenge 25 policy will be enforced to prevent underage drinking. Any incidents will be recorded in an incident logbook and reported to the appropriate authorities when necessary. Door supervisors, when employed, will be SIA-licensed and will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all customers and staff.

The premises will be operated to ensure the safety and welfare of all customers, staff, and visitors. A current fire risk assessment will be maintained, and all fire exits will be clearly marked, unobstructed, and easily accessible at all times.

Emergency lighting and fire safety equipment will be regularly inspected and maintained in full working order. The maximum occupancy level of the premises will be monitored to prevent overcrowding.

Staff will be trained in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures. A fully stocked first aid kit will be available on site, and an accident logbook will be maintained. Regular inspections will be carried out to ensure the premises, equipment, and facilities remain in a safe condition.

The premises will be operated in a manner that promotes the prevention of public nuisance. Noise levels will be carefully managed to avoid disturbance to local residents and businesses. Doors and windows will be kept closed during periods of regulated entertainment, and a noise limiter will be installed and maintained to ensure that music and amplified sound remain at an acceptable level.

Clear signage will be displayed at all exits reminding customers to leave the premises and the surrounding area quietly and to respect neighbours. Staff will actively monitor outdoor areas, including smoking areas, to ensure noise and behaviour are controlled, particularly during late hours.

Deliveries, waste disposal, and bottle collections will be scheduled to take place at reasonable times to minimise disturbance. External lighting will be maintained at an appropriate level for safety without causing nuisance to nearby properties.

The premises will operate with strict measures in place to protect children from harm. All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will receive comprehensive training on age restricted sales and will operate a Challenge 25 policy, requiring anyone who appears under 25 to produce acceptable proof of age (passport, photo driving licence, or PASS accredited card).

Children will not be permitted on the premises during late-night hours or when adult-only entertainment or activities take place. Clear signage will be displayed to advise customers of the age-verification policy. Staff will remain vigilant to signs of vulnerability or exploitation and report any concerns to management and appropriate safeguarding authorities. 

Management will cooperate fully with the police, local authority, and safeguarding agencies to ensure continued promotion of this objective.
