Recordings will be retained for a minimum of 28 days and made available to the police upon request. The management will adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward drugs, violence, or antisocial behaviour. The Challenge 25 policy will be enforced to prevent underage drinking. Any incidents will be recorded in an incident logbook and reported to the appropriate authorities when necessary. Door supervisors, when employed, will be SIA-licensed and will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all customers and staff. |

The premises will be operated to ensure the safety and welfare of all customers, staff, and visitors. A current fire risk assessment will be maintained, and all fire exits will be clearly marked, unobstructed, and easily accessible at all times. Doors and windows will be kept closed during periods of regulated entertainment, and a noise limiter will be installed and maintained to ensure that music and amplified sound remain at an acceptable level. Clear signage will be displayed at all exits reminding customers to leave the premises and the surrounding area quietly and to respect neighbours. Staff will actively monitor outdoor areas, including smoking areas, to ensure noise and behaviour are controlled, particularly during late hours.
