The prevention of crime and disorder

Staff will be trained to refuse alcohol to intoxicated customers. A challenge 25 policy will be enforced with refusals recorded in a log. Cctv will cover the vessel and retained for 28 days.

Public safety

The premises is governed by the Maritime and Coastguard agency and will be maintained to a high standard with regular health and safety checks. Crew are trained in first aid, water safety and fire safety. Personal announcement is conducted at the start of every cruise which covers fire, and emergency life saving equipment. Fire extinguishers and fire exits are clearly labelled.

The prevention of public nuisance

Noise will be managed to avoid disturbance to neighbours, Doors and windows remained closed where necessary. Customers reminded at end of cruise by pa system to leave quietly and respect the local community.

The protection of children from harm

A strict challenge 25 policy will be enforced with only approved id accepted. Staff will be trained in the refusal of sales to anyone under age or attempting to buy for a minor.
