We are a Moroccan restaurant and we want to add the alcohol sale to our licence. Having been trading for 1 year and half and facing massive struggle we have decided to add the alcohol to the business to prevent the closing down of the business.

The sale of alcohol will be additional to the beverage we normally sell at the exact trading hours.

The prevention of crime and disorder to promote this objective, the following additional steps will be taken are described under 'The prevention of crime and disorder'.

Also extra steps are being taken and described for public safety , the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

CCTV installed, Staff are being trained on conflict management, age verification and procedures for reposting criminal activity.

Incident log: a detailed incident logbook will be maintained and made available to police or local authorities on request.

Public safety to promote public safety: capacity monitoring, regular checks, first aid, emergency procedures

The prevention of public nuisance: noise control, operating hours management, waste management, deliveries and collection on time

The protection of children from harm by implanting challenge 25 policy, enhanced training on identifying signs of underage drinking, safeguarding issues and how to refuse service. Restricted access it means clearly defined areas where children are not permitted, and ensuring that any entertainment provided is appropriate for the presence of children.
