| The prevention of crime and disorder |
All staff involved in the sale or service of alcohol will receive appropriate training on responsible alcohol service, including refusing service to intoxicated customers and managing challenging situations calmly and professionally. A Challenge 25 policy will be implemented, and valid photographic identification will be required from any customer who appears under the age of 25. Clear signage will be displayed to support this policy. The premises will be managed by a designated premises supervisor, and staff will maintain clear visibility of customer areas at all times.
