The premises will operate as a Tapas Bar and Grill offering a varied menu that combines grilled dishes, tapas-style plates, and selected Latin-inspired items. It is located on a ground floor commercial unit within a mixed-use area with surrounding residential and local businesses.

The layout includes a front-facing customer dining area with table seating designed for casual dining and shared plates, alongside a service counter for ordering. A fully equipped commercial kitchen is located to the rear of the premises and is not accessible to customers.

The premises will operate primarily as a food-led venue, with alcohol served only in conjunction with meals and tapas. There will be no vertical drinking or bar-only service. Toilet facilities and storage areas are located within the premises.

All staff involved in the sale or service of alcohol will receive appropriate training on responsible alcohol service, including refusing service to intoxicated customers and managing challenging situations calmly and professionally.

A Challenge 25 policy will be implemented, and valid photographic identification will be required from any customer who appears under the age of 25. Clear signage will be displayed to support this policy.

The premises will be managed by a designated premises supervisor, and staff will maintain clear visibility of customer areas at all times. Any incidents of refusal of service or disorder will be recorded in an incident log and reviewed by management.

CCTV will be installed and maintained throughout the premises to assist in the prevention of crime and disorder and to support the safety of customers and staff. The system will cover key internal areas and entrances, and footage will be made available to the authorities upon reasonable request.

The venue will close in an orderly manner, and customers will be encouraged to leave quietly to minimise disturbance.

The premises will be maintained in a safe and well-managed condition at all times. All areas accessible to customers will be kept clear of obstructions, with clearly marked entrances, exits, and emergency escape routes.

The maximum occupancy of the premises will be observed, and staff will be trained to manage customer numbers to avoid overcrowding. Furniture and layout will be arranged to allow safe movement throughout the premises.

All electrical and gas equipment will be installed and maintained by qualified professionals, with regular safety checks carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. Fire safety measures, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and a clearly communicated evacuation procedure, will be in place.

Staff will be trained in basic health and safety procedures, including responding to emergencies, accidents, or customer illness. Any accidents or safety incidents will be recorded in an accident log and reviewed by management.

The premises will be operated in a manner that minimises disturbance to nearby residents and businesses. Background music will be played at appropriate levels, and any occasional themed music nights will be limited in frequency and managed to ensure noise does not cause a nuisance.

Doors and windows will remain closed where practicable during the evening to contain noise within the premises.

Clear signage will be displayed requesting customers to respect neighbours and leave the area quietly.

Staff will actively monitor noise levels inside and outside the premises, particularly during busy periods and at closing time. The premises will close in an orderly manner, and staff will manage customer dispersal to reduce noise and disruption.

Waste disposal, bottle handling, and deliveries will take place at reasonable daytime hours wherever possible to avoid disturbance late at night or early in the morning.

Staff will remain vigilant to ensure that children and young people are not exposed to inappropriate behaviour, excessive alcohol consumption, or unsuitable content, including during any occasional themed music nights.
