| The prevention of crime and disorder |
The licence holder recognises the importance of maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, customers, and the wider community. The following measures will be implemented: CCTV System A comprehensive CCTV system will be installed covering internal areas and the immediate external frontage. The system will operate continuously during opening hours and recordings will be retained for a minimum of 28 days. Images will be made available to Police or authorised officers upon request. Staff Training All staff will receive training in conflict management, recognising anti-social behaviour, and reporting incidents. Staff will be instructed to refuse service to individuals displaying aggressive, intoxicated, or disorderly behaviour. Incident Log An incident/refusal log will be maintained and kept on site. The log will record details of any incidents, refusals of service, and interactions with authorities. Management Presence A responsible person will be present on site during all trading hours to oversee operations and deal promptly with any issues. Liaison with Authorities The premises will cooperate fully with Greater Manchester Police and Salford City Council. Any concerns raised by authorities will be addressed promptly. |

Measures will be adopted to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and visitors at all times: Fire Safety The premises will comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The operator acknowledges the potential impact of late-night trading and will implement the following controls: Noise Management No amplified music will be played at a level that could cause disturbance to nearby residents. Doors and windows will be kept closed where appropriate to minimise noise breakout. Customer Management Clear signage will be displayed requesting customers to respect local residents and leave the area quietly. Staff will monitor the outside area and manage loitering where necessary. Litter Control Adequate waste bins will be provided inside and outside the premises. Staff will regularly check and clear litter from the immediate vicinity of the premises. Delivery and Dispersal Delivery drivers will be instructed to minimise engine idling and noise. Customers will be encouraged to disperse quickly after collecting food. |
