| The prevention of crime and disorder |
The premises will operate a digital CCTV system covering the entrance/exit points and alcohol display areas. Recordings will be retained for a minimum of 31 days and made available to Police or authorised officers upon request. Alcohol will be positioned within clear sight of staff. A Challenge 25 age verification policy will be in place. Acceptable ID includes passport, UK driving licence or PASS card. A refusals log will be maintained and checked regularly. An incident log will be kept recording any crime, disorder or issues. Staff will receive training in age-restricted sales and customer safety. |
