The property is a brick built commercial premises adjacent to a large shopping development in Walkden. There is no on street parking, and no housing or schools that would impact on the Licensing Objectives. It is a lock up shop that is shuttered at the front entrance and has cctv.

The prevention of crime and disorder

1. We will operate a Challenge 25 for the sale of alcohol for home delivery.
2. All sales of Alcohol for home delivery will be part of a sale that includes Hot Food
3. Delivery staff will be instructed to request up to date Proof of Age for all home deliveries that include the sale
of alcohol. Current passport, Driving Licence, military ID or residency permit.
4. All Marketing that includes the sale of alcohol will highlight the process on clarification of age when ordering and on delivery.
5. All Alcoholic products will sold in sealed containers
6. Alcohol on display within the premises will be behind the counter area with no access by the public.
7. The shop is shuttered, alarmed and has CC TV to ensure Alcohol on site is secure.
8. CC TV will be operational on the premises at all times of operation. This will cover operational areas internal
and areas directly outside of the premises marketing.

Public safety

1. Fire Extinguishers and Fire Alarms on site will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis
2. All staff on site who are involved with the preparation of food will comply with the safety regulations applicable to the cooking equipment being utilised.
