The premises is a shop on the ground floor. kitchen and bathroom. The inside of the shop is open where you can see the whole shop. It is open where food which will be served can be seen being prepared. There is a small storeroom at the back. Back garden has a cold room which will be used for the storage of fridge and freezer items.

Please provide more details about the late night refreshments The late night refreshments will be provided by the take away for the customer to take away and eat, There is no indoor place for customers to sit and eat. This will only by means of take away from premises. 
The prevention of crime and disorder

Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the police. There will be CCTV coverage at the premises which will be operated and maintained at the premises.

Cameras will cover the entrance and exit doors inside and outside both front and rear end of the property. The cameras will capture full frame images of people entering the premises. The CCTV will have recorded date and times and will capture clear good quality images.

The recordings of the CCTV will be kept in a lockable cupboard to maintain its safety and security. It will only be accessible to authorised people. The CCTV will be regularly maintained to ensure high quality, Signage will be displayed to state that CCTV is in operation. CCTV will be kept for 30 days and be accessible to the police upon request. 

Public safety

There will be appropriate fire safety procedures in place including fire extinguishers (foam, H20 and CO2), fire blanket, internally illuminated fire exit signs, numerous smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All appliances are inspected annually.

All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.

We will carry out health and safety checks on a regular basis to ensure safety and public safety is managed. We will also comply fully with all food regulations. 

The prevention of public nuisance

Any customers will be asked to leave quietly. Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard to our neighbours. 

The protection of children from harm

We will ensure all staff are DBS checked. We will not be serving alcohol and there will be no live or other entertainment which can be classed as a risk to children.

Therefore none of the activities will pose any risk or harm to children.
