This is a garage at the side of my house. It is a detached house with no shared access. There is a door to the rear of the property which is a metal security door this leads to a gated and fenced yard area. There is a sectional opening door to the front of the property with is operated by a Paxton control system which is a common commercial system used for security in offices, schools and warehouses. This system controls access by key fobs or fingerprint entry. There are 2 alarms at my property one is used exclusively by my garage and has door sensors and movement sensors. I have 2 camera systems installed - one is a timed backup system that is stored in my house. The other is a web system that alows remote viewing. The cameras cover the interior of the garage, the exterior front and the rear yard. I also have smart sensors on the doors that can inform me if they are opened./garden area. To exit the property the garage door is controlled by a button or can easily be opened manually in the event of electrical disruption - this leads to the front drive then on to Barton road. The rear door is opened by a handle and does not require keys to exit. This leads to an enclosed yard/garden area of the house. |

The target market of our products is people who want to buy fine foods for themselves or as gifts to their staff or employees. We have been operating for 15 years without incident from premises in Urmston and Cheshire. Hamper sales to existing companies are for their staff or customers and the person we deal with at these companies is known to us and is always an adult. New companies we deal with have to confirm their age with ID. For web sales to customers we do not personally know alcohol deliveries are by registered courier - usually DPD - and we use a signed for service that requires age verification. |
