The premises will host The Big Manchester Bake which is an award winning immersive baking event. With locations in London Tooting, London Haggerston and Birmingham. The premises will have our baking marquee as well as a cake themed cocktail bar and hospitality space for private hire. The bar and hospitality spaces will be available for customers to enjoy food and drinks pre-and post-baking. The baking marquee, bar and hospitality areas will all be constructed within the demise of the property, as shown in the attached drawings. The premises will operate from 0700 to serve coffee and light refreshments only and the entire premises will open to the public from 0900-2300. There will be no sale of alcohol or recorded music outside of 0900-2300.
