Housing and economic land availability assessment 2023 to 2041

The city council published the 2023 to 2041 Housing and economic land availability assessment (HELAA) in December 2023. Some minor updates to it in were made in June 2024. This version of the HELAA informed the Draft Salford Local Plan: Core Strategy and Allocations document. The 2023 HELAA report and annexes (including ward plans) can be downloaded below.

Please note that the most recent HELAA was published in December 2024 and covers the period 2024 to 2042.
