| 8 | Multi Sports Pitches Members are reminded that , at their meeting on 14th October, 2003, they deferred consideration of a grant application by the Parkfield Residents' Association for funds to remove the agora pitch at Overdale and asked for a further report on options for that pitch . Accordingly , the Committee is now asked to consider : (a) the report attached at 8 (a) which describes how multi-sports pitches were developed in Salford and their current condition and sets out options for action and associated costs (b) the report attached at 8 (b) which sets out proposals by the Valley Crusaders for repairing and managing the pitch at Overdale (c) a 40 minute presentation by the Parkfield Residents' Association ( summarised at 8 (c ) ) setting out an alternative proposal for the Overdale site and the Black Harry area.
