(d) To note the enclosed Newsletter of the Swinton Open Space Commmunity Association which gives details of the events which took place during the Fun day on 18th July, 2004, and expresses appreciation for the support from the Community Committee (e)To note the enclosed report which sets out the decision of the Cabinet on 20th July, 2004, to increase the Devolved Budget for Community Committees by 250,000 pounds and to allocate this to each Committee on a per capita basis .
