| 5 | Community Action Plan Members will be asked to report to the Committee on the items which their nominating groups have identified as priorities for inclusion in the CAP. To assist in this process the themes of the CAP will be displayed at the meeting to enable Members to identify their priorities under each . |
| 6 | Budget Sub Group (a) To select a Councillor from the Swinton South Ward to replace the late Councillor Daniels on the Budget Sub Group (b) As not all Members were present at the the Budget Sub Group on 23rd November, 2004, it was not possible to form recommendations with regard to applications for funding under the Devolved and the Community Use of Schools Budgets. Instead the Committee is asked to consider the applications set-out in the attached schedule .
