1. All Members are invited to attend a pre-meeting at 9.00am to discuss the agenda, formulate questions and compile briefs for future reports. 2. At the conclusion of the meeting Members will meet in the absence of officers to consider the extent to which objectives have been met and to determine any future action required. 3. The report of the SSI and the relevant Action Plan referred to in item 3 below are not available in electronic form. Copies will be placed in Members' piegonholes with the printed version of this agenda. 4. It is anticipated that this will be the final meeting of the Committee. A Workplan is, therefore, not enclosed.
