The report at item 1 relates to a Key Decision which was not recorded in the Forward Plan but notice was given to the Chair of the appropriate Scrutiny Cttee in accordance with Council procedures. .Although Members of the public are entitled to attend for such items this will not be possible on this occasion as the report contains exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 7 and 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 12 a to the Local Government Act 1972 .Members attending this meeting with a personal interest in an item on the agenda must disclose the existence and nature of that interest and, if it is a prejudicial interest, withdraw from the meeting room during the discussion and voting on the item.
