6 | Road Safety Committees The Committee is asked to consider allowing the Local Environment Task Group to take on the role of the proposed Road Safety Committee and to nominate two community representatives onto that Task Group Road Safety Cttees |
7 | Coalfields Communities Campaign Anton Schultz of Groundwork Salford and Trafford Trust will give an update on the Campaign and a presentation on completed schemes Coalfields Prog 220806 |
8 | Newlands/LIVIA Projects Tim Jones , Principal Planner (Environment and Projects ) , will give an update so as to assist the Committee in monitoring progress on these projects . |
9 | Summer Activities The Neighbourhood Manager will report on the programme of summer activities which have been taking place in Swinton . |

12 | Any Other Business (a) Community Representatives may raise any issues of concern to their area or group (b) Ward Councillors may raise any item not already covered .
