3Matters Arising

Minute 4 of 16th May refers : Members are (a)reminded that there are vacancies on the Executive Group for representatives from the Chapel Street and the Seedley and Langworthy Partnership Boards and (b) asked to consider expanding the membership of the Group to include Councillors Dobbs, Harold , Loveday and Warmisham and so enable Ward meetings , which often duplicate discussions at the Group , to cease.
4Update on the Pendleton Area Action Plan

So as to ensure that the information given to Members on the Consultation Opportunities and the Preferred Options Report is as up to date as possible a verbal update, rather than a written report , will be made( 10 minutes have been allowed for this item )
