Members will receive a 20 minute presentation on , and have the opportunity to ask questions about , the Planning Bill
9Business which, due to special circumstances, the Chairman of the meeting is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency
At the conclusion of the formal business on the agenda Members will receive a 20 minute presentation on the rollout programme for the mobile phone network
10To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
"That, under section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the ground that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as specified in the paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, respectively indicated".
