The results of the Quays ward election have been declared.
Paul Heilbron, the Liberal Democrats party candidate, has been declared the winner in the 2024 Quays by-election.
The turnout for the election, held today (Thursday 11 January 2024), was 12.3% per cent with 985 votes cast and 8 ballot papers were rejected.

This by-election follows the resignation of a Liberal Democrat councillor on 23 November 2023.
The political makeup of the council remains the same.
