Landlord portal

The landlord portal allows private and social landlords of supported and general needs accommodation, who receive housing benefit and or discretionary housing payments for their tenants to check payments and review individual cases.

You can access the portal at any time saving you time waiting in queues on the telephone. Telephone enquiries are for residents only who need our support therefore, please do not telephone the team as you will be directed to the portal.

If your general needs tenant is in receipt of Universal Credit they will receive their housing costs through them and not Housing Benefit.

Paid directly but don't have access to the landlord portal?

If you do not have access to the landlord portal but are paid housing benefit directly please request access. This will be the only way to contact us from now on.
