New Salford children and families foster carer and provider portal

The way we produce and send your weekly remittances and annual statements, changed on 1 April 2024. We will no longer be sending these either by email or post, instead Carers are now able to view these online, as and when they become available in real time, using our Foster Carer Provider Portal.

The Salford Children and Families Foster Carer and Provider Portal will allow Carers to view and retrieve copies of weekly Remittance Advice Provider Payments made to you by Salford City Council. In addition, you can use the Portal to check your scheduled payments and payment history, as well as viewing Foster Carer Annual Statement Of Carer Payments, to assist with any Tax returns. Please note: The information in these Annual Statements is supplied in good faith and does not constitute formal tax advice.

Many of our Carers have already created their accounts and are using the Portal. If you have not yet requested your Portal account, please click on the Provider Portal link below to request a login, or to access our new Salford Children and Families Foster Carer and Provider Portal.

Provider Portal

After clicking on the link, you will see there is an option to ‘Request a login’. Simply click on this and you will be asked to provide the following information: Your Full Name, Organisation Name (please enter SCC) Your email address and telephone number. Once you have done this, we will receive your request and activate your account, by sending you an email with your log in details and you can begin to use the Portal.
