Course description

This training session will look at the context and prevalence of bereavement and loss, how bereavement can impact young children, and the kind of behaviours you might see as a result. There will be an overview of theoretical models of loss and bereavement, and thinking about children’s developmental understanding in relation to this. This training will look at how we can support children who have experienced loss.
