Course description

Join us for an inspiring and information-packed evening designed especially for registered childminders. This event is a fantastic opportunity to come together, network, and strengthen your practice with the latest support, resources, and insights around communication and language in the EYFS.

All registered childminders will receive free resources designed to promote communication and language outdoors, helping to get children talking, exploring, and engaging with the world around them.

Outcomes

This session includes a rich and engaging agenda featuring:

• Salford Libraries, Museums and Community Leisure - Discover the exciting programmes, resources, and opportunities available to childminders and the children you care for.
• Hear from experts on early literacy, story-rich environments, and supporting language through books and play.
• Wellcomm discussions - find out how Wellcomm can support early identification and targeted intervention for children’s communication skills.
• Speech and Language Service - gain valuable insights into identifying needs, supporting language development, and making the most of specialist guidance
