An opportunity to view the power point of how to use The Hub to carry out an annual review of an EHCP, to share messages with staff and re-visit as many times as needed.

Outcomes:

To give settings the confidence and resources to successfully convene and facilitate EHC Plan reviews on the EHC Hub.
To enable settings to have the skills and knowledge to support children during transition between key stages.
